According to this study, the average selling price of 1 hectare of land in the region was 380 thousand rubles in 2023, the most expensive agricultural land in the region was orchards (over 1.7 million rubles per ha en average). Vineyards are slightly cheaper - about 1.45 million rubles per ha. Next come berry fields with an average cost of 793 thousand rubles per ha and rice fields-600 thousand rubles per ha. The price for arable land was 288 thousand rubles per ha in 2023.

The total area of ​​land for sale in the region exceeded 31 thousand hectares in 2023 spread over 513 lots that were on sale that year.
